Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Detection and Investigation Analyst Sr. to join the Physical Security Operations Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

The role monitors alarms, video, and access-control systems, analyzes incidents, and coordinates with partners and law enforcement to resolve security events in a 24/7 environment. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows-based computers and common software.
• Ability to learn and operate alarm, access-control, video management, camera, badge-reader, and communication systems.
• Minimum typing proficiency of 25 words per minute.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive events.

Responsibilities

• Review shift information, open incidents, and communicate shift changes for continuity.
• Monitor alarm, access-control, CCTV, badge-reader, and related systems.
• Respond to security, police, and emergency communications following established protocols.
• Analyze alarms and video data to determine urgency and appropriate response.
• Coordinate notifications, dispatch, and law-enforcement support as needed.
• Document incidents and maintain dashboards, logs, and records for investigations.
