First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a Physical Security Specialist to ensure security equipment and procedures meet Bank Protection Act and OCC standards. You will partner with internal teams to identify risks, mitigate losses, and safeguard employees and customers.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in physical security or corporate security.
• Knowledge of Bank Protection Act, OCC regulations, and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk by reviewing locations for alarm, lighting, and video systems and recommend upgrades.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and inventory of alarms, cameras, lighting, and DVRs.
• Coordinate security programs including money transfer tracking and robbery response.
• Coordinate security guards and vendor relationships for equipment and services.
• Provide incident reports and loss data to Manager of Physical Security monthly.
