Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a highly autonomous leader to develop, manage, and execute physical security outcomes across our US facilities and events. You will protect people, facilities, and data, while mentoring security personnel and reporting on program effectiveness.

Your operational security expertise, collaboration with internal teams, and ability to design controls for sensitive environments will be essential. Travel up to 25% and US clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a physical security role leading physical security programs.
• Degree in risk management, physical security, emergency management, or an equivalent accredited certification (PSP preferred).
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a physical security program that meets contract security requirements and implement controls.
• Interface with operations, security teams, and vendors to support business and security objectives.
• Manage incident response to physical events and protect employees and assets.
• Advise operations on physical security policy, processes, and trends.
• Provide domain expertise on protective controls including contract personnel and CCTV/access control.
