Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking an Operations Analyst supporting our US Government teams to keep missions moving by tracking projects, removing roadblocks, owning outcomes, and staying two steps ahead so the team can focus on what they do best.

You will be a high-accountability, high-expectation team member, handling a range from classified facility issues to process improvements, and you will contribute to Palantir's mission with a Get Things Done mentality and meticulous communication.

Qualifications

Must hold a US security clearance at Secret or higher.
Experience providing desktop or user support in a fast-paced classified environment.
Must reside within 60 minutes of the Palo Alto office.
Willingness to travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first-responder for technical and non-technical issues, troubleshooting with a solutions-first mindset.
Own and manage all facility operations, including desk configurations, IT setups, HVAC, and COMSEC.
Support project delivery by identifying and reducing bottlenecks and friction.
Craft and implement processes to optimize resources.
Partner with Palantir stakeholders to scope projects and deliver on-time and on-budget.
Learn from the team and develop expertise to close critical gaps.
