Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management, CS, or business or equivalent experience.
• Formal Executive Protection course completion is required.
• Proven de-escalation and defensive techniques training.
• Washington State Armed Security Guard License (Facility Managed) upon hire.
• CPP or PSP certification (Facility Managed) upon hire.
• EMR, TCCC or CLS certification upon hire.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification upon hire.
• TASER training and certification within 9 months with annual recertification.
• 5 years of law enforcement/security/military experience.
• 2 years of leadership/supervisory/leadership experience.
• Executive Protection experience.
• Experience with Intelligence and Protective teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and protection of high-profile client in Renton facility.
• Lead a team of Executive Protection Specialists with performance management.
• Oversee staffing, timekeeping, and staff development; conduct reviews.
• Coordinate protection operations during routine, events, and emergencies.
