Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a PHP Clinician for per diem hybrid work in Stoughton, MA. The role leads day-to-day program activities, ensures timely clinical events, and implements continuing care plans with experienced supervision of clinical staff.

Pay ranges from $34 to $39 per hour depending on licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LICSW/LMFT) and credentials; employment offers per diem, hybrid scheduling, and a mission-driven non-profit environment focused on recovery support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related discipline.
• Two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment with regulatory compliance.
• Licensure: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services, review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track and enhance patient progress.
• Collaborate with the program director to troubleshoot and resolve complex treatment situations.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and staffing decisions.
• Provide direct clinical services including individual and group counseling and psychoeducational sessions.
