Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a counseling or related discipline is required.
• Two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
• Licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred; independent license desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track and enhance patient progress.
• Collaborate with the program director to troubleshoot complex treatment situations.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and contribute to staffing decisions.
• Perform direct clinical services for patients, including individual and group counseling and psychoeducational sessions.
