Gosnold, Inc. in Stoughton, MA seeks a PHP Clinician to lead day-to-day program activities and ensure timely completion of clinical events and continuing care plans.

The role requires seasoned supervision of diverse clinical staff and oversight of all clinical activities for optimal patient service delivery. The position offers full-time hours with Masters- level licensure for eligible candidates; clinicians will work with EMRs and telehealth, updating documentation and maintaining high

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related discipline required.
• Two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
• Independent Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track and enhance patient progress.
• Collaborate with the program director to troubleshoot and resolve complex treatment situations.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and contribute to staffing decisions.
• Deliver direct clinical services including individual and group counseling; maintain a reduced caseload proportional to staffing needs.
• Ensure care coordination with payer requirements and training on utilization review.
