Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a PHP Clinician to lead day-to-day clinical activities, supervise staff, and ensure timely completion of scheduled events.

The role focuses on delivering evidence-based care and implementing continuing care plans within a dynamic program. The position requires a Master’s degree in counseling or related field and at least two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field is required.
• At least two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
• Licensure: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred; strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track patient progress.
• Collaborate with program director to resolve complex treatment situations.
• Perform direct clinical services including individual and group counseling.
• Ensure care coordination with payer requirements and utilize utilization reviews.
