Job summary

The position offers a per-diem pay structure with a range based on licensure and experience. Pay scales include $34–$35 for Masters non-licensed, $36–$37 for Masters LCSW, and $38–$39 for Masters LICSW/LMHC per diem.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Two years of clinical experience in an addiction or mental health treatment program.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to manage clinical practices in compliance with standards.
• Familiarity with EMRs, tele-health, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track and enhance patient progress.
• Collaborate with the program director to troubleshoot and resolve complex treatment situations.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and contribute to staffing decisions.
• Perform direct clinical services for patients, including individual and group counseling and psychoeducational sessions.
