Gosnold, Inc. seeks a PHP Clinician (Per Diem/Hybrid) in Centerville to lead daily program activities and ensure timely clinical events. The role requires supervising a diverse clinical staff and maintaining quality patient services with ongoing care planning.

Pay ranges from $34.00 to $39.00 hourly; per-diem schedule supports flexible hours and hybrid work arrangements. Masters in counseling and licensure are preferred, with experience in addiction/mental health settings.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in a counseling or related discipline.
• Experience: Two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
• Certificates: LICSW/LMHC/LMFT preferred; regulation knowledge and technology use (EMRs, tele-health).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track patient progress.
• Collaborate with program director to troubleshoot treatment situations.
• Perform direct clinical services including counseling with a reduced caseload as needed.
