You will work with event staff and content teams to plan, present, and improve demonstrations across locations, with up to 33% travel and night/weekend coverage as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in photonics education, strong presentation skills in English and Spanish, and a Bachelor’s degree in a photonics-related field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Photonics-related field is required; Master's or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years experience educating STEM students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and delivery of photonics learning events, in-person and virtual.
• Teach educational content to diverse audiences with clarity and depth.
• Present lab techniques and discuss pros/cons of alternatives.
• Collaborate with internal experts to ensure accurate, up-to-date material.
• Set up, tear down, and operate equipment for demonstrations and events.
• Develop and report KPIs to measure education program impact.
