Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior or Staff R&D Photolithography Materials Engineer to lead development of photoresist materials for advanced memory devices, from 365nm to EUV processes, and to integrate new materials into manufacturing.

You will work across sites with suppliers, perform DOEs and data analysis, and apply AI-assisted data review to optimize processes while ensuring IP protection and safety in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lithography materials for 365 nm, 248 nm, 193 nm, and EUV processes.
• Strong statistical analysis skills including DOEs and data interpretation.
• Experience working with suppliers to optimize materials and ensure IP protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term resist screening projects across development stages.
• Define success criteria with process owners and evaluate DOEs to select top materials for device evaluation.
• Collaborate across sites and with suppliers to advance photoresist chemistry optimization.
