Job summary

Micron Boise in Idaho is seeking a Senior or Staff R&D Photolithography Materials Engineer to lead long-term resist screening and optimize photoresist chemistry in collaboration with suppliers. The role includes data-driven analysis, cross-site teamwork, and advancing lithography materials for 365/248/193 nm and EUV.

Qualifications

Strong statistical analysis skills including DOEs and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present concise executive summaries.
Experience coordinating across multiple sites and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

Lead long-term resist screening projects with DOE design and supplier collaboration.
Direct material optimization and development in photoresist chemistry.
Work in a cleanroom following safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
Collaborate effectively across Micron sites and organizations.
Leverage AI with human review to automate data analysis and workflows.
