Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior or Staff R&D Photolithography Materials Engineer to lead lithography material selection and optimization for advanced memory devices.

You will develop new photo materials for 365nm to EUV processes, integrate into manufacturing, and address process/material issues with pilot lines.

This role requires a strong background in resist chemistry, DOEs with suppliers, and ability to work cross-site and with AI-enabled data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with lithography materials at 365/248/193 nm and EUV.
• Strong statistical analysis skills including DOEs and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term resist screening projects.
• Define success criteria with process owners, evaluate DOEs with suppliers, and identify top materials for devices.
• Work in a cleanroom, follow safety procedures, and handle photoresists and chemicals.
• Collaborate across sites and use AI to automate data analysis.
