Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Photolithography Technician 3 at our Beaverton, OR facility.

You will maintain and troubleshoot photolithography tools, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and contribute to tool availability and process stability. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in photolithography, strong diagnostic skills, and experience reading schematics with ASML, Nikon, or Ultratech equipment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in photolithography equipment.
• Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
• Good understanding of the Photo Process.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.
• Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
• Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.
• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
• Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational production and efficiency.
