Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in the United States is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshoot and repair advanced wafer fabrication systems, and ensure reliability of ASML/TWINSCAN and lithography equipment.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work with SPC and FDC controls to improve equipment performance; candidates should be able to stand long hours

Qualifications

  • AS/AA in electronics or related preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years in the semiconductor industry.
  • 5 years in the Photolithography area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong knowledge of SPC and FDC; aim to improve equipment performance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area.
  • Troubleshoot and repair AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, LITHIUS PROZ.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment; perform consumable changes.
  • Document activities and train others on equipment maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively; stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
