Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Photolithography Technician 5 to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced lithography equipment. You will keep tool uptime high, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to production efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in photolithography equipment.
  • Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
  • Good understanding of the Photo Process.
  • Hands-on experience with listed photolithography tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.
  • Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
  • Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.
  • Utilize SPC to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational production and efficiency.
