Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of manufacturing equipment engineering experience.
• Experience with line-sustaining, reliability, and OEE improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as equipment owner for assigned photolithography tools, ensuring availability, reliability and safety.
• Lead line-sustaining activities including troubleshooting and permanent corrective actions.
• Drive OEE improvement initiatives through downtime analysis and data-driven actions.
• Plan, execute, and validate preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Lead equipment qualification, buy-off, and transfer activities for new or upgraded tools.
