Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with photolithography equipment.
• Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and diagnostic equipment.
• Implement solutions to improve machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, and uptime.
• Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
• Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement actions.
• Utilize SPC to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
• Ensure timely completion of projects with strong time and project management.
• Maintain attention to detail to maximize production efficiency.
