Job summary

onsemi seeks a Junior Equipment Maintenance Technician - Photolithography for its 200mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, Oregon. You will work in a dynamic team to develop hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance skills within the Photolithography process area.

Under guidance, you will support preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment recovery, and safe operation to maintain equipment availability and product quality.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply, or with 4+ years in equipment maintenance in high-tech manufacturing.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, robotic, vacuum, or control-system basics.
• Willingness to learn and work in a cleanroom environment under safety rules.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and maintenance manuals with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and basic corrective maintenance.
• Assist with calibration, troubleshooting, and equipment recovery.
• Maintain accurate logs and repair history with shift handovers.
• Follow cleanroom, lockout/tagout, and safety procedures at all times.
• Support continuous-improvement activities and documentation updates.
