Job summary

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with engineering and production to minimize downtime and improve tool reliability. The role requires strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, experience with tool subsystems, and the ability to document work precisely.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with technical training.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret procedures and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in cleanroom or Fab maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain semiconductor tools in a cleanroom environment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to specifications.
• Address tool downtime promptly and troubleshoot to root causes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to maximize effectiveness.
• Document work using required real-time system entries and SPC data.
• Mentor junior technicians on routine tasks.
