Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Vadnais Heights, MN, is seeking a Sr. Phlebotomy Technician to support daily operations, perform POC testing, and collect venous and capillary blood from adults, infants, and children. Hours vary from 6:45 AM to 8:30 PM, with rotational weekends and flexible shifts.

The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to troubleshoot with supervisors. Competitive pay ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour with eligibility for annual bonuses, based on experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years progressive experience in POC and phlebotomy preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred in certain states.

Responsibilities

• Prepare staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
• Perform phlebotomy and POC testing as needed.
• Maintain supplies and ensure cost-effective use of materials.
• Obtain specimens and associated requisitions.
• Assist in onboarding new employees with supervisor.
• Adhere to clinic standards and communicate with patients and staff.
