Responsibilities

• Travel within the territory to PSCs, IOPs, or client sites for specimen collection.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy and low error rate.
• Verify patient identification and orders; enter data as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment and professional patient experience.
• Serve as SME for complex specimen requirements and support workflow continuity.
