Qualifications

• Two years phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws and handle difficult draws.
• Obtain patient identification and verify labeling; perform data entry.
• Travel to PSCs and client offices; maintain clean, welcoming collection environment and communicate procedures clearly.
• Follow policies, ensure confidentiality, use lab systems to confirm orders and documentation; assist with training and supplies.
