Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in San Antonio, TX seeks a Phlebotomist III to deliver professional phlebotomy services across PSCs and client sites in a territory, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotational weekends. Travel up to 75% is required.

You will collect specimens by venipuncture and capillary draws, verify patient IDs, enter data, and ensure accurate labeling, while maintaining a clean collection environment and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections via venipuncture and capillary draws, including difficult cases.
• Obtain patient identification and verify specimen labeling; perform data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split and store as required.
• Research test/client information and confirm orders; use lab systems.
