Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certificate (Washington MA-Pbt) and completion of a phlebotomy program required.
• BLS (AHA) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct waived and moderate complexity testing and EKGs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results.
