Job summary

Talentify has a client in the medical research sector seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Leominster, MA location. The role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and interacting with patients to explain procedures in a supportive, professional manner.

Under supervision, you will maintain accurate records, ensure safety, and uphold confidentiality. Experience in a Patient Service Center and strong data entry skills are preferred. Pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required or preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Data entry proficiency required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients and maintains a professional atmosphere.
• Draws blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients and conducts phlebotomy in a skillful, safe manner.
