Ideal candidates will have 3 years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and preferred training in medical assisting or paramedic fields. Certification is preferred, with a strong emphasis on data entry and customer service.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3 years phlebotomy experience required; 2+ years in patient service center preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Phlebotomist II represents the face of the company to patients who come in.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and draw blood in a skillful, safe, accurate manner.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Perform daily activities accurately under supervision and maintain records.
