Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Conway, NH to join a Medical Research client. The Phlebotomist II will draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and provide patient-centered service while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3 years phlebotomy experience required.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting is preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and provide a professional, trusting environment.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and perform venipuncture skillfully, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately, maintain a safe environment, and keep required records.
