ICONMA is seeking a Phlebotomist II for our Lincoln, NE location. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and interacting with patients to explain procedures.

You will work under the area supervisor, maintain accurate records, and uphold patient confidentiality in a professional environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification preferred, and 3 years of phlebotomy experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in retail/service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company to patients and explain procedures.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain trust and confidentiality while interacting with patients.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence and accuracy.
• Perform daily activities accurately under supervision and maintain records.
