ICONMA is supporting a Medical Research client seeking a Phlebotomist II for their Canton, GA site. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining a trustworthy and accurate patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred phlebotomy certification. Experience in a Patient Service Center and data-entry proficiency are also valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience are required.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represents the company to patients as the face of the organization.
• Draws blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients and maintains a trustworthy, safe, and accurate environment.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors with focus on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Under supervision, performs daily activities accurately and maintains records and documentation.
