Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures.
• Demonstrates Leadership Behaviors with focus on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Performs daily activities accurately and on time under supervision, maintaining a safe and professional environment.
