Qualifications

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency is required.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and results.
• Perform duties under supervision with focus on process excellence and patient confidentiality.
