Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to support our client’s healthcare team in Kingsport, TN. The role features a 3-month contract with potential extension and conversion to a full-time position, and a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include performing blood collection, processing specimens, and conducting EKGs as needed, with data verification and order entry. Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and capillary collection across age groups.
• Reliable specimen processing and accurate data entry.
• Professional and safe patient interaction in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples by venipuncture or capillary method from patients of all ages.
• Process specimens and perform EKG as required in a clinical setting.
• Enter orders and verify patient collection data and notes.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards during collections.
