You will handle complex collections, mentor colleagues, and uphold the Quest 5Cs while delivering accurate, courteous service in a high-volume environment.

This on-site role requires independence, adherence to protocols, and participation in training and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of venipuncture and capillary draws with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification and labeling accuracy; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling and storage.
• Mentor colleagues and promote teamwork to support quality service.
