Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred or prior experience as a pharmacy technician

Responsibilities

• Keep lines of communication open with Facilities Coordinator and Pharmacist Manager
• Manage pharmacy technicians from a team-oriented perspective
• Address and document struggles and triumphs with individuals
• Collaborate with other department coordinators
• Ensure filling area tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Train or delegate training on cycle and daily filling, printing labels, MARs, and delivery lists
• Locate, count, package and label prescription drugs and supplies accurately
