Responsabilidades

• Fills orders accurately and promptly for pharmacist review and dispensing.
• Prepares extemporaneous preparations accurately and replenishes carts, trays, boxes and kits.
• Signs all paperwork legibly and notes problems on patient profiles for follow-up.
• Performs cart/bin exchanges, checks dating on multiple dose meds, and replaces meds/supplies as needed.
• Handles distribution/returns via phone, window, fax, and computer to expedite service.
• Delivers medications to areas via pneumatic tubes, hand-delivery or courier.
• Supports departmental goals and is flexible in roles; adheres to coverage guidelines.
