Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification (excluding Puerto Rico)
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital settings
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions and maintaining patient safety.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems accurately.
• Support inventory management, stocking, and audits of Rx supplies.
• Provide courteous customer service and guide customers to OTC products.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff and physicians to resolve issues and improve service.
