Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Pharmacy locations, or where covered by a collective bargaining agreement).

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions under supervision.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and verify accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and storage.
• Process manual claims for third-party prescription services and handle clerical duties.
• Support clinical services and coordinate with healthcare providers as required.
• Provide customer service by guiding customers to OTC products and answering questions.
