Central Florida Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Technician to support Pharmacists in daily operations, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain efficient workflows within the pharmacy. The role emphasizes customer service, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The position requires pharmacy experience, active registrations, and strong teamwork to deliver quality patient care in a community health setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program or HS diploma with employer-sponsored certificate.
• Active Florida Board of Pharmacy Registration.
• National Pharmacy Technician licensure preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities and workflow understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacists in daily operations and pharmacy workflows.
• Oversee cash handling, tills accuracy, and deposit reconciliations.
• Handle non-physician calls and communications with physicians.
• Process third-party prescriptions and support audits and inspections.
• Lead inventory management: ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Train new staff and mentor pharmacy technicians.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient questions.
