Job summary

True Health seeks a Registered Pharmacy Technician in Orlando, FL to support the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager, prepare prescriptions, and manage workflow at the point of sale. This is not a remote role and requires adherence to Florida pharmacy regulations.

The technician will perform data entry, billing, labeling, and release of prescriptions, while supporting inventory and compliance efforts across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician Training Program Certificate of Completion required prior to start date.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail community pharmacy setting.
• Pharmacy prescription processing software experience preferred.
• FQHC experience preferred.
• 340B experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an effective relationship with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist the Pharmacist in maintaining all operations of the pharmacy.
• Perform accurate data entry for billing, dispensing, labeling, and release to patient.
• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change at will call.
• Submit supply and medication orders under pharmacist direction.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations including HIPAA and 340b.
