Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Pharmacy Department under pharmacist supervision. You'll enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions, verify medicines, and help manage workflow and inventory.

Responsibilities include assisting in customer service, handling cash, supporting clinical services, and maintaining compliance with the Pharmacy Code of Conduct. One year experience, English fluency, and flexibility with hours are required.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmacy operations under supervision by the pharmacist.
• Enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Maintain inventory and handle pharmacy KPIs with supervisor.
• Provide customer assistance and direct traffic to OTC aisle.
• Support clerical tasks and cash handling as needed.
