Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical products.
• Handle customer interactions, provide accurate information, and guide customers to OTC products as needed.
• Process manual and third-party claims accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to Walgreens policies, Code of Conduct, and quality improvement processes.
