The role requires 5+ years in healthcare strategy or related fields (or a master's with 3+ years), cross-functional leadership, and a track record in reducing cost of care, generating revenue, and advancing pharmacy strategy with PBMs and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or related strategic functions.
• OR master's degree with 3+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, product innovation, market development, consulting, pharmacy operations, or related strategic functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives from opportunity assessment through execution and value realization.
• Strong preference for Medicare experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead innovative pharmacy strategies that reduce cost of care, improve member outcomes, and support enterprise growth.
• Develop and optimize pharmacy products, programs, and partnerships to create new revenue streams and enhance market competitiveness.
• Evaluate emerging industry, regulatory, and technology trends to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Conduct complex financial, operational, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making and investment priorities.
• Present strategic recommendations and business insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Build and manage relationships with PBMs, vendors, and partners to accelerate innovation and value creation.
• Serve as a pharmacy strategy expert and collaborate across the enterprise to advance business objectives.
• Lead the execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives that deliver sustainable enterprise value.
