Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to leverage deep pharmacy industry expertise for cost-of-care savings, revenue-generating programs, and strategic enterprise initiatives. You will lead cross-functional efforts and collaborate with senior leadership to drive value.

The role requires strong analytical acumen, healthcare strategy experience, and a track record of delivering measurable cost reductions and new revenue through innovative pharmacy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare strategy or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Medicare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and lead innovative pharmacy strategies that reduce cost of care, improve member outcomes, and support enterprise growth.
• Develop and optimize pharmacy products, programs, and partnerships to create new revenue streams and enhance market competitiveness.
• Evaluate emerging industry, regulatory, and technology trends to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Conduct complex financial, operational, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making and investment priorities.
• Present strategic recommendations and business insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Build and manage relationships with PBMs, vendors, and partners to accelerate innovation and value creation.
• Serve as a pharmacy strategy expert and collaborate across the enterprise to advance business objectives.
• Lead the execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives that deliver sustainable enterprise value.
