Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a program onboarding lead to manage the end-to-end implementation of complex pharmacy solutions for a diverse client base. You will guide product selection and plan design, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in health plan implementation and 3+ years in healthcare administration, with strong project management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities.
• Operate with autonomy while escalating risks or issues as needed.
