Job summary

Inovalon Inc is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead Pharmacy implementation programs, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment across vendors, internal teams, and clients. You will drive planning, risk management, and process improvements while maintaining deep product and infrastructure knowledge.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale IT/SaaS projects, strong PM principles, and confidence to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing mid-to large-scale implementation and SaaS projects.
• Knowledgeable in PMBOK/PMI project management principles and theories.
• Scrum Agile/SAFe experience is strongly recommended.
• Strong leadership skills; stakeholder management and contract awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Pharmacy software and tech initiatives with stakeholders.
• Define scope, schedules, deliverables, and risk plans for Pharmacy projects.
• Develop knowledge of products and related infrastructure to guide decisions.
• Apply Agile mindset where suited within PM methodologies.
• Provide guidance to PMO and assist with process improvements.
• Manage interdependencies and ensure resources are aligned for timelines.
• Produce status reports, dashboards, and escalate deviations as needed.
• Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and client teams to ensure success.
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
