Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience developing business capability roadmaps and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in product management, portfolio management, agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year Pharmacy Platform technology roadmap aligned to growth and customer experience.
• Drive modernization of pharmacy capabilities across prescription intake, enrollment, reimbursement support, and fulfillment.
• Lead delivery governance, KPIs, and performance management for scalable product and platform ownership.
• Partner with architecture, data, security, and infrastructure teams to define target-state platforms.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve pharmacy workflows and operations.
• Foster collaboration across Commercial, Pharmacy Operations, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams.
