MiniMed is seeking a Pharmacy Platform & Technology Delivery Leader to define and execute the Pharmacy Platform technology roadmap, aligning business strategy with platform investments and governance. This senior role partners with Pharmacy Commercial and Operations to transform capabilities into an integrated product ecosystem across IDX, Guardian Rx, and future technologies.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience preferred.
Strong background in product management, portfolio management, agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning business process redesign and technology modernization.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a multi-year Pharmacy Platform technology roadmap aligned to commercial growth and patient experience.
Translate business strategy into platform investments and execution plans.
Drive modernization of pharmacy capabilities across prescription intake, enrollment, verification, reimbursement, fulfillment, and patient communications.
Lead delivery of pharmacy-related technology initiatives with governance, KPIs, and measurable business value.
